Monofloral Honey: It is derived from the nectar of yellow coloured mustard (Brassica) flowers. We produce unblended, unfiltered, raw, unpasteurized, and sugar-free honey.Raw & Unpasteurized: Our honey is packed raw and undergoes no heating, therefore, preserving its natural enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.Unblended & Unfiltered: We produce either monofloral or single origin honey. We don’t blend two different types of honey to ensure authenticity and traceability. Further, our honey is completely additive free.Bio-active compounds: Our honey contains the maximum number of bio-active compounds including phenolic acid and flavonoids providing nutritional benefits and other therapeutic values.Rich in Bee Pollen: Our honey is unfiltered ensuring the highest amount of bee pollen. As per lab reports, our mustard flower honey contains 25325 bee pollens per gram offering a rich array of proteins, minerals and vitamins.Health Benefits: It has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties to combat infection.
