  • Check the cashback rates for the store to ensure the category you are shopping for has cashback.

  • When you click an offer or store, WaahWaliDeals will open a window redirecting you to that store. Please complete your transaction in the opened window.
  • Start your shopping with an empty shopping cart. If your cart is not empty, clear its contents and visit the store via WaahWaliDeals again.
  • Avoid using any price comparison or discount widgets while shopping.
  • For specific conditions related to a particular merchant, please refer to the 'Useful Tips' section available on the respective merchant's page.
The pending cashback tracked amounts are calculated by WaahWaliDeals on a best-effort basis and may change upon final confirmation from the store. This is due to the fact that when a transaction is tracked, most stores may not provide all the necessary information required for accurate cashback tracking. Without precise details such as the exact purchase amount, product category, new or existing user, etc., provided by the store, determining the exact cashback amount at this stage becomes challenging. 

Upon confirmation, the final cashback amount can be adjusted, either lower or higher, depending on the factors mentioned above. If you believe that your cashback transaction was confirmed for an incorrect amount, please contact us for further assistance.

Pending Cashback/Rewards is cashback money on the way. When we have tracked your transactions via CouponDunia we add the cashback to your account as "Pending Cashback". If your cashback is canceled by the retailer, your cashback amount for that transaction will be removed from your pending balance. Tracking issues

If your cashback was not tracked, checking the following can help:

  • Ensure a minimum of 48 hours have passed since you made the purchase. Some stores may take up to 48 hours to track. Note: For Amazon, it can take up to 7 days.
  • Complete the purchase in the same session after clicking out of WaahWaliDeals.
  • Avoid using any other widget or comparison site after being redirected from WaahWaliDeals.

Note: Merchants accept claims for cashback not tracked cases only until the 7th of the next month from the purchase date. For example
  • If you made a purchase on 24th Nov, you can file a Not Tracked claim until 7th Dec.
  • If you made a purchase on 4th Nov, you can file a Not Tracked claim until 7th Dec.
It can sometimes take up to 3 days for a retailer to track a transaction. Hence retailers do not accept any missing tickets before the end of this period.
Our sophisticated system tracks every time you click out from our website to any of our partner retailers. If you do not see a retailer in the exit click dropdown then you have not visited the retailer via our website. Perhaps you forgot to sign in when you visited a retailer, in which case again the visit will not show in your exit click list. OR The cashback claim is NOT allowed by the merchant.

Cashback earned from WaahWaliDeals is entirely yours and can be utilized to recharge online wallets, phone, or DTH accounts, or even transferred directly to your bank account. (Note: Minimum withdrawal limit of 500 applies) Importantly, the funds in your account NEVER expire; it's your money and you have the freedom to use it at any time. For more details, please refer to the withdrawal options and limits.
To withdraw your balance, log in to your WaahWaliDealsaccount and visit the Transfer section of your profile. Select the method of withdrawal, bank, etc. Select the account where you wish to transfer your Available Balance. Enter the amount and hit Submit. Bank transfers take between 5-7 business days to reflect in your accoun Note: Cashback earned from some merchants (Rewards) cannot be withdrawn to a bank account and is listed separately as rewards. Minimum withdrawal limits apply. Also, there is absolutely no cost or fees applicable to withdrawing your balance.
